Terms of service

This is the canonical version of our terms, published at scmstudyapp.io/terms. The SCM Study app also bundles a copy so you can read it offline; if the two ever differ, this web version wins.

These terms govern your use of SCM Education Solutions and the CSCP exam-prep service. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SCM Education Solutions provides study materials, practice questions, and mock exams for the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ASCM. All content is original and written against the publicly available Exam Content Manual.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Subscriptions and payment

The service is offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We don't offer refunds for partial periods, but we will resolve genuine billing issues if you contact us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share your account or scrape our content;
  • resell, redistribute, or republish our materials;
  • use the service to infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

Intellectual property

All study materials, questions, designs, and code are owned by SCM Education Solutions and licensed to you for personal study use only. Trademark, ASCM, CSCP, and APICS are property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. Passing the CSCP exam depends on many factors and we don't guarantee any particular outcome. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before it takes effect.
